The location is great, with Monastiriki Square and the metro station nearby. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the Psirri neighborhood, and it's just a 20-minute walk to the Acropolis. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious showers and comfortable mattresses. The rooftop terrace offers a stunning view of the Acropolis, and the common areas are cozy and well-designed.
Some guests mentioned that the hostel lacks social activities and a social atmosphere, which could be a disappointment for those looking for a lively hostel experience.

The dormitory accommodation at this hostel was great for backpackers, offering a comfortable and well-organized space. The staff were welcoming and professional, creating a friendly atmosphere. Additionally, the location was ideal, with easy access to key attractions and vibrant areas of the city.
There were some negative aspects to my stay. The separated toilet was inconvenient, requiring a card key every time.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is near Monosteraki square with good restaurants around and close to all the important attractions. It is also conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet, and there is a beautiful rooftop area with a view of the Acropolis to relax in.
One downside is that the shower sometimes had low water pressure, but this did not detract from the overall positive experience.

My recent stay at City Circus was absolutely fantastic. I stayed for 5 nights and the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The neighborhood was perfect, with easy access to the Metro that took me straight to the airport. The stylish decoration and comfortable beds made me feel right at home, and the air-conditioning system kept the room perfectly cool. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the common areas, bathrooms, and bedrooms, was impeccable. I also appreciated the small details, like the station lamp and socket right above each bed. The staff was incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The fresh breakfast options, including the delicious fruit salad and Greek yogurt, were a great way to start each day. I had a wonderful experience at City Circus and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and comfortable hotel in Athens.

The hostel had a great atmosphere and friendly service. The staff were welcoming and helpful in navigating the city. The location was convenient, just a short walk from popular sights and the metro station. Additionally, the attached restaurant served delicious food, especially the breakfast.
The size of the lift was a bit small and caused some inconvenience when carrying luggage. Also, there was only one sink in the living area instead of the bathroom, which was slightly inconvenient.

Located in a bustling neighborhood, this hostel offers a great location for meeting fellow travelers and exploring the vibrant city. The rooms are comfortable, with big lockers and blinds for privacy. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the rooftop is the perfect spot to socialize. With its proximity to major attractions and the city center, it's an ideal base for sightseeing.
The hostel lacks convenient amenities like towels and hand-cleaning supplies in the bathrooms.

We didn't have any issues during our stay and the room was clean. They gave us complimentary chocolates and wine for New Year. The location was central to everything and was just a short walk from the main attractions.
The room was small and cramped, making it difficult for more than one person to move around easily. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too hard.
Tourists from United States often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
